Exchange and return:
1. If you want to cancel your order, please send a message through your
account on our website and we will receive your message directly or contact
customer service as soon as possible and make sure to include your name, mobile
number, order number, specifying whether you want to return or exchange, List
of products that you want to cancel. The new goods that you wish to obtain, and
attach a note with a description and detailed explanation of the reason for the
return or exchange request.
2. Please choose your order carefully because we may not be able to modify or cancel any order after that, because we begin the processing procedures immediately after the order process.
3. There is no exchange or refund if you do not choose the correct size
4. Please choose the appropriate size carefully, as there is a
measurement guide table, please choose from it before completing the order, as
we will not be able to modify, replace or return the order in the event that
you do not choose the correct size because all orders are tailored according to
the size chosen (unless a note is mentioned that the product ready) There is
also a note box where you can write your full measurement and we will work with
it.
5. If the customer wishes to modify the dress after receiving it, the customer will pay all shipping costs and the amount of the additional modification.
Important notes:
a. In all cases, 10% of the refund value will be deducted as
administrative fees + refund commission
b. If the product you requested for exchange is no longer in stock, you
will be contacted to choose another product, or to accept a refund.
c. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for your returned
product. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund,
product shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
d. (If the shipment that was delivered to the customer is not in
accordance with the request, the customer will not pay any fees, whether
shipping costs or any other expenses for the return).
e. The time for delivery of the replaced product to you may vary
depending on your residence location and when we receive the returned product
and after examining it, we will inform you that the product has been received
and whether it meets the conditions for your refund or not. If the product
meets the return conditions, its refund will be transferred automatically and
the amount will reach your bank account within 30 working days without the
alert message, and this can be reviewed with your bank branch.
f. Please note that the measurements may vary from 0.5 to 1.5 inches due
to manual measurement.
