Shipment Delivery Policy
Please note that we deal in delivery services on delivery companies under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and are registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
1 Delivery Options
1.1, shipments are dispatched during business days (Sunday to Thursday). Normally, the item(s) will be shipped within (15 days), in order to confirm the specific payment and charge the items in the warehouse.
2.1 In the event that you do not receive the product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the dispatch confirmation message, the communication message with us via the website, by e-mail, by calling the customer service center within the site or via us on Instagram.
3.1 The Products will be delivered to the delivery address you specified in the order.
4.1 In the case of providing a home address that includes a reception or guard service,? The guard can sign the delivery as long as he has it in the reception section or inside the building.
5.1 When your order is being prepared for dispatch or when it is dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If the order is with the delivery company, you can contact them directly and they will adjust the delivery address if possible.
